Nordic Ware’s Non-Stick Aluminium Baking Sheets conduct heat quickly and evenly. These pans feature a durable gold coloured non-stick coating to help foods release easily and clean up with a simple wipe of warm water and dish soap The 3 piece set includes two half sheets and one quarter sheet to suit a wide variety of culinary needs. The two larger half sheets are great for sheet pan meals or baking two sheets of cookies at a time. The quarter sheet is great for smaller dishes and sides. USE AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS

1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
2. Dishwasher use is not advised, as it will shorten the life of the nonstick coating on your pan and produce discoloration on exposed aluminum surfaces. However, this discoloration is merely cosmetic and will not affect baking.
3. Cooking spray is not recommended. While not necessary, butter, shortening and canola oil may improve browning and release of food. If using spray release, ensure that it is baking spray containing flour.
4. Parchment paper may be used with pans and makes cleanup simple.
5. Safe for use with nylon, wood, or silicone utensils. Metal utensils, sharp knives, and scouring pads will scratch the nonstick on your pans and are not recommended.
6. Oven safe to 450°F.
