How does it work?

Simply place the entire bag in the freezer overnight or for at least 5-6 hours. When ready for use, remove your cooler pouch from the freezer, take your squeeze from the fridge and place it in the cooler pouch and ensure the velcro top is fastened securely. Holds up to a 200g yoghurt squeeze.
